How can I slim down my hips and flatten my stomach without diet or exercise equipment?

I want to have slimmer hips and a flatter stomach without going on a diet or using exercise equipment.
For those of you who think I don’t want to do anything…I said without equipment. I’m fine working out without equipment. As in cruches, push-ups, running, etc.
I don’t want to do a dieting program, but maybe just cutting back on junk food. Ideas?

    You can do it without the exercise equipment but I hate to tell you this you are going to have to diet!!!!

    There is no such thing as spot reducing, so you can exercise all day long and all it will do is to tighten a bit. If you have any fat you’ll have to burn it off. Now in order to lose 2 pounds in a week you would have to exercise enough to burn up 1,000 calories–now that’s a lot of exercise! But if you also diet (it doesn’t have to be drastic) but if you diet a bit you may only have to exercise to burn 500 calories. Look at what you are eating now and what you can cut out. Usually there is a fair amount of junk in our diets and if you only cut that in half, you’ll save a lot of calories.

    Depending on your age, I would say plastic surgery. It worked for me. After having two c-section my stomach was a mess and I tryed everything and my lower abs/stomach would not slim down nor shape up. So I did alot of research for about 2 years and I found a good doctor that did a wonderful tummy tuck on me, and I have been happy since then.

    I got this and started using it, so far so good I am already seeing a difference. Its a diet program too not just exercises because diet is very important to achieving your goal as well. You just have to stick with it.
