What is a good excersice to burn fat on the inner thighs?

I want to slim my legs down and one of my biggest target areas is my inner thighs. I don’t want to build anymore leg muscle, I just want to burn the fat. Any suggestions?

Running,swimming,thigh master and the thigh machine at the local gym. If none of that interests you,do this-sit in a chair,place your hands on outer thigh sides then open your legs while closing you hands for a count of 10 to 15,repetitions 10-15(outer thigh).For the inner thigh-place your hands just inside your knees(palms flat),close your legs while pushing out with your hands,same reps and count as above. i like these because they are portable. i do them at home,on the bus, trolley, and in the car.Peace.

    Squatting with the feet wide apart is good. Use some weight if its too easy.

    You can’t burn fat from a specific part of your body. You can however tone the muscle group so that when the fat does burn off in the thigh area your muscles will already be toned,thus giving you a sleeker look.

    The only way to burn fat is through exercise and building your metabolism. Cardio exercises such as walking, jogging, eliptical trainers, etc, would do the trick. It’s important to remember to also eat right. Because if you’re eating a lot of high fat/high sugar foods, the exercises won’t be as effective.

    Drastically minimize or get rid of saturated fats, change your starch to corn, squash and quinoa, reduce your protein and go out running with supportive/comfortable sneakers w/socks.

    You can lie down you your side and slowly lift your leg off the ground. Having this controled muscle will tone your inner thigh and burn that fat.
